Randall Ralph Titus BA.LLB.LLM (UCT)
Randall Titus founded the practice in Wynberg, Cape Town in 1994. He prides himself on providing personal, quality and efficient legal services. This ethos permeates the fabric of the practice and its relationship with our many valued clients. Randall read for his law degrees at the University of Cape Town. He is the current Chairman of the Cape Town Attorneys Association (CTAA) and represents the CTAA at the Provincial Integrated Case Flow Management meetings held at the Western Cape High Court. Randall is also a member of the Cape Law Society’s specialist High Court and Library committees. Randall has also successfully completed the Law Society of South Africa’s criminal and civil Judicial Skills Training Courses. He currently co-chairs the disciplinary tribunal of the Western Province Rugby Football Union.
Randall is a keen sportsman. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor bundu bashing on motorcycles and he is a keen and competitive cyclist, although a sub-3 hour Argus Cycle Tour still eludes him. He also enjoys travelling and does so as often as he is able to. Randall is married to Jacqueline and they have a baby daughter.

Elizabeth Casey BA LLB (UCT)
Elizabeth obtained her law degree in 1996 from the University of Cape Town and spent the following years travelling in Europe and South East Asia.
She has been a practising attorney since 2003. She specialises in general litigation, including lease recoveries, contractual disputes, property related disputes and liquidations. Liz joined Randall Titus and Associates in 2013 as a Professional Associate.
Matthew Ashworth LLB (Unisa)
Matthew obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2012. After graduation, he joined Parker Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney, where he gained experience in general litigation, legal research and drafting of legal documents. Matthew joined Randall Titus & Associates in 2013 as a Candidate Attorney. Matthew is a keen sportsman, in his free time he enjoys watching and playing rugby.
Chery Simson B.Com (Law) & LLB (UNISA)
Chery is a Candidate Attorney at the firm. She obtained her B.Com (Law) and LLB degrees at the University of South Africa. After graduation, she spent some time away from the law books travelling around Europe. She joined the firm during 2012. Chery’s interests are entertainment law. She enjoys swimming and reading.
